Chris Chorley is an emerging local artist from Wareham. She uses undiluted watercolours to interpret local seascapes such as Old Harry Rocks or other landmarks from the Jurassic Coast. Her work often has an ethereal quality, and can be semi-abstract at times. Other favourite subjects are sailing boats, her loose brush-strokes expressing their speed as they move across the water.
We often struggle to list all Chris’ work before selling it, so we tend to leave a few samples of her work on the website even if they have sold, to give you an idea of what she does. Please contact us if you would like more information about what we have in stock.
