Chris Chorley is a local artist from Wareham who uses acrylics to interpret local seascapes such as Old Harry Rocks, Durdle Door and other landmarks from the Jurassic Coast. Other favourite subjects are sailing boats, her loose brush-strokes expressing their speed as they move across the water. Her work often has an ethereal quality, and can be semi-abstract at times.
