Britain is a nation of gardeners, and even those without a green thumb appreciate the beauty of a flowerbed in full bloom - especially our artists.
We’ve oils and acrylics of single flowers as well as whole wildflower meadows; there are recycled rustic timbers with delicate seed-head paintings; and plaster casts of real flowers and leaves. The stunning colours of humble vegetables are brilliantly depicted in silk threads; and there are mounted prints of various works depicting plants, flowers and trees - and of course the gardens and countryside they inhabit.
