Stuart worked in the West End, abroad and Repertory Theatre for 20 years, and then became a successful events designer around Europe. His first love however was always painting and drawing. Stuart works mainly in oil and acrylic and the influence of his theatre background can be seen in his dramatic paintings, which are full of light, colour, energy and atmosphere.
