This one-of-a-kind plaque has been lovingly hand- made using real sprigs of wild flowers and foliage. Delicate Dicentra flowers and leaves scattered organically creating depth and interest. 

The plaque is backed with a brass hook, for ease of hanging. Or it can be propped on a shelf or against a wall.
